1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and jilldd ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") governing your access to and use of the jilldd online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jilldd.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Terms

You may deposit funds into your jilldd account using any of the payment methods made available on our platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported Philippine financial institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed, except in cases where the deposit bonus or promotion was declined.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilldd account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. jilldd reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may be made through the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, you must provide alternative withdrawal details subject to verification.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require submission of verification documents. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

jilldd reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus abuse or fraudulent activity has occurred, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by jilldd utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted by licensed live dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jilldd or any player. The results displayed on your screen are the official results for the purposes of determining wins and losses.

In the event of a disconnection during active gameplay, the game round will continue according to its predetermined outcome. 5.2 Prohibited Gaming Practices

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. If you become aware of an error that results in you receiving incorrect winnings, you must notify jilldd immediately. Failure to report errors may be considered fraudulent activity. jilldd reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust account balances accordingly, including recovery of overpaid winnings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the jilldd platform are the property of jilldd or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the website.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF JILLDD TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jilldd customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within thirty (30) days of receipt.

You agree that any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your jilldd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining inactive account balances.

9.2 Termination by jilldd

jilldd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent activity; irregular gaming patterns; failure to provide requested verification documents; extended periods of account inactivity; or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Services, other users, or jilldd's business interests.

Upon termination for cause, jilldd may confiscate any account balance including deposits and winnings if we determine that you have violated these Terms. In cases of termination without cause, your remaining balance will be returned to you following deduction of any applicable charges or fees.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. We will attempt to notify you before imposing such fees. If your account balance is exhausted due to maintenance fees, your account may be permanently closed.

10. Modifications to Terms
